China Family Visit Visa
China issue Family visit visa for Visiting Family and Friends.
Requirments To Obtain China Family Visit Visa
1.Passport
Your current valid and signed passport.
Your U.S passport must be valid 6 months beyond your intended stay and must have at least two blank visa pages back to back labeled visa in your passport.
If your passport is not valid for 6 months beyond intended stay, you must renew your passport and then we will secure your visa with the new passport. Please contact us at: 202-347-2909
2.Photograph
One passport type photograph is require. Photo must be recent, taken within the last six months, full face, in color and on plain / white background.

3.Letter of Invitation
You must provide a letter of invitation from the individual you are visiting. The invitation must:
- Include your name, gender, and date of birth
- Provide host’s full name, contact information, telephone number, mobile number, address, and signature
- Include information regarding the relationship between you and your host
- Detail the purpose of your trip
- Specify your arrival and departure dates
- Include the full address of the intended residence
- Specify who is financially responsible for the trip
4.Proof of State Residency
Clear copy of the applicant drivers license or state issued photo ID is required.
Address on the drivers license must match the address on the application form
A clear enlarged copy is recommended.
5.Visa Application Form
Guide to complete the China visa application form:
The application must be completed online, hand written applications will not be accepted.
All questions must be answered, do not leave any question blank , type N/A if need be.
List the name of the traveler exactly as it is written in the passport. No abbreviations or nicknames.
You must provide the complete address of business, hotel or resident for your home country and in China.
Be printed single-sided.
Be dated and signed. Date must follow the YYYY-MM-DD

6.Former China Nationals
If you are a former China passport holder or were born in China.
- You must write your name in Chinese characters for question 1.2 on the visa application form
- You must provide a copy of your most recent China visa and a copy of the passport in which the visa was issued
- If you have never been issued a China visa you must submit your original China passport and a copy of your Green Card, and a copy of your Naturalization Certificate
7.Proof of Kinship
You must provide proof of kinship to the spouse or family member you are visiting in China. You must include one of the following:
- Original and copy of marriage certificate
- Original and copy of birth certificate
- Notarized certification of kinship
8.Additional Documents
You must provide:
- A copy of the passport and residence permit of the family member you intend to visit
- A copy of the Chinese national ID of the family member you intend to visit.
9.Previous Visas
If you have been granted a China visa in the past, you must provide a copy of the most recent issued China visa. If the visa is not located in your current passport, you must submit the original passport containing the previous China visa.
10U.S. Citizens Born in Certain Countries
U.S. citizens born in Afghanistan, Cameroon, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, Nigeria, Tunisia, Turkey, or Syria who are currently traveling to China with their American passport may be asked to make a personal appearance in order to apply for a visa to China.
11.Minors
All minors under the age of 18 traveling to China must:
- A copy of their birth certificate
- A copy of both parents’ passports or drivers’ licenses
- A copy of the parents’ proof of U.S. residency status (if not U.S. citizens)
- A notarized letter of consent from both parents (if the parents are not accompanying the minor on the trip) that states the child has permission to travel.
- On Page 4 (Part 4) of the application, both parents must sign Part 4 and print the name of the minor
- On Page 4 (Part 5) of the application, one parent’s information must be filled in and that parent must sign Part 5
